  • A Blessing??.... Or A curse....

Upon preparing for the Philippines trip for a mission, I finally saved some money to use for myself... I was joyful enough that a person that hardly saves money like me managed to... but it wasn't long after, I received a call from my leader and come to know that the I needed money for a very important function regarding the Kingdom as well.. And so, I was asked how much I could give... As I was thinking, the Lord put an amount for me and that wasn't a very comfortable amount for me actually. But I said to myself...

"If God has put this amount in my heart, I must be faithful in obeying"

And so.. I gave the amount that God put into my heart. At that point of a time, I didn't know where to get that money due to the urgency and I totally forgot that I had saved a sum of money... Few minutes after I put down the phone, then I recalled the sum of money I saved. And surprisingly, the amount was EXACTLY the same... So I quickly told my leader that I'll make payment as soon as possible, which as 2 days after.

Friends... How many times in life we encounter this situation?.. How many times did we make the right choice?... And how many times have we really know our priorities as His children?.. What were we thinking when we know our Father asked us to give?... Are we going to take this as a curse and say negative things about it? Or are we thanking God for giving us an opportunity to bless the Kingdom...

I really thank God for this situation that has happened to me... Many times in life, I truly confess that I would choose to feed my flesh and desires if this situation happened to me... However, God is gracious and merciful that HE kept giving me this situation, not that He will tear me down.... But instead to make me learn how to give and bless.. And if I can do it,,... You too can..... Have a great day ahead!.. God Bless

  • "Mountain Come Down, Block The Road!!!!"

Many many years ago, when ,my father was still a taxi driver,.. One of his taxi driver friend (not very good at speaking English) was driving a Caucasian tourist from Kundasang to KK. Back in those days, landslides has always been the issue due to the construction of the road that wasn't finish. And so happen, a landslide occured and the traffic was jammed up....

The tourist was wondering what was caused the jam, and at the same time he asked the taxi driver to find out. The taxi driver went down and had a look, and found out that it was a landslide. And so.. he went back to the taxi and said this to the tourist...

"The Mountain COME DOWN and BLOCK THE ROAD."....

The Caucasian tourist was shocked and asked the taxi driver to turn back RIGHT AWAY!!.... Guess he was thinking that the mountain walked down with legs to block the road. HAHA.....

  • Endurance Race....

Many things in our life is easy to begin with.. Many things in our life is started with a lot of passion. But how many things in our life ends well? Or maybe I should ask... How many things in our life is STILL going well?...

Many times in my life, when i decided to start something, i always screw it up along the process. Could you say I started wrongly?... nope!... It was Very accurately started to begin with... And in fact, for people of my kind, starting something is never too difficult. But how about keeping it going consistently?

Our life itself is a race. It only ends when we return to the Father in Heaven. Many started the race well but ended poorly. Was it because of the way they started it? Or is it the way the run the race that matters?.. In the book written by Choo Nam Thomas,  'Heaven Is So Real', It is said that Jesus told her that at the end of days, only half of His People will enter His Kingdom. After reading this statement, i felt trembled. Then we should start asking ourself... "Are we one the the halves that enters the Kingdom?... Or are we now in the other halves that will Not enter..". Was God being unfair by letting some start better and some start worse? Friends, the act is we ALL start the race equally. But how we run the race determines our finishing.

People of God... Hear me out. Life is like a race and not just ANY race.. But an endurance race. We may fall along it, but we have the Grace from God to get up and run again. In fact it is not wrong to fall. Sometimes when we fall, it's for our benefit. So much so that we will be careful and not fall again. And we should not be afraid to fall, but instead be BOLD to get up and run again. God's hand is always there because He is faithful. And with Him as our coach, we can run the race in joy. So we must cherish Him and GET UP when we fall... Keep guard of ourself at ALL times.

  • I'm ba€k!!!... HeHehehe :)

HAHA!!!  I'm back from the retreat.. It really feels good to get back on track after a good break. Work now is still very pressurized, but now it seems so easy to overcome. Perhaps the break was really good. I am now "fully charged" and prepared to face whatever that's in front of me.

I'm really thankful for the people that i was going with. They r SUPERBLY nice people and good people too. All the preparations that was done by them were so well. It's to a level where the others don't have to worry about anything and just have fun. This is what i called
"paying the price". Thru them, I've really learnt the meaning of paying the price. It's not just helping out, but it's sacrificial for others. Though it may be a simple retreat, but it took them a lot of effort to prepare food, games and some other physical arrangements. It actually looked easy but I know it's not. So I like to take this opportunity to thank all the disciple group and the leaders as well as those who are there to help make a good time for each other. I personally felt warm, welcomed, fun, relaxed and loved. And I'm looking forward to join the next activity with these people... Don't forget to call me ya next time... kekekeke
